Introducing new and improved, crumple-safe, delivery-friendly, snapworthy, custom-made, front lock mailer packaging!
One of the ways in which we remain faithful to gracious patrons like yourself is by paying close attention to the feedback you send to us via website reviews and personalized emails. In the past year, a whopping 17% of our customers have pointed to a specific improvement that they would like to see: different packaging for jackets. What we observed was that while our jackets were delivered on time and met requirements for quality, they were often received creased.
And so, we decided to do something about it.
We are proud to announce that we are transitioning from packaging our jackets in bags to custom-made front lock mailer boxes that protect your jacket on its journey to you.
From August 1, 2022, we have increased our prices sitewide by an average of 20%. This small hike in price will help us account for rising costs of transportation and logistics, raw material, and packaging, while ensuring that our patrons continue to receive full-grain leather jackets at practical and fair prices.
After three years of inception, we’ve decided to raise prices by an average of 20%. While this increase is partly a response to the current economic crisis and rising costs of raw material, it is also an adjustment that better reflects the quality of our jackets and packaging. The increase may be small, but it will allow us to make consistent investment in our jackets while remaining committed to affordability.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support. For questions, queries, and concerns, reach us at contact@thejacketmaker.com

Stay tuned to find out what we have in store for you! Yes, our puns aren’t just accidental.
Oops! Nice try, but we’re going to keep this one a secret.
